Good
Morning Patrick,
Well
the system is working great and I wanted to thank you for the great
support you gave me during the installation and setup. As I stated
before, I would recommend your company without hesitation.
While I
am learning the programming of the Entra Pass system, I do have a
question on the Holidays. If I enter a Holiday on one of the schedules,
does that mean that no one can enter the building. What I am really
looking for is to keep the front door locked on Holidays and let our
programmers, etc. have access on these days.
Once
again, thank you for your help.

Since 1997 we have sold
complete systems all over the world - I just made a sale to
Compact Industries, St. Charles, IL. and was curious as to why
they chose to do business with our company. Compact Industries
manufactures Coffee - they purchased 3 Turnstiles with Biometric
Readers and our EntraPASS Card Access System. Here's an email
between me and Compact's Engineer

Importance: High
Patrick, We here at Compact Industries Inc. in St Charles IL are
a proud family owned business with an excellent reputation for
years of hard work and excellent manufacturing quality and
service to our customers.. I chose you for the same reasons,
product quality and service. You have done a wonderful job in
helping us create an outstanding security system for our
employee entrance. At Compact we take pride in doing things rite
the first time, and your knowledge of the turnstile systems that
are available to the public you serve is outstanding. We are
very happy with the customer service you have provided us with
and your problem solving skills. Thank you for working with us
on this important project. Barry J. Kral Security Manager,

Hey, I am curious - prior to you making your purchase (from me)
- I remember some telephone calls; one of which someone from
your company asked why they should purchase from me and not
someone local - why did you decide to go with me? AND, can I put
your response on my website?? I have a couple up there, and I
really should do more - cause, your purchase lends credibility
to not only my company, but all companies that are on-line doing
business throughout the world. I've done Hospitals in Saudi
Arabia - did the Canadian Embassy in China, an American Embassy
in Peru - tons of Military Bases all over the world - Honeywell
in Mexico, Alcoa - Boeing - ( blah, blah, blah - I do have quite
the client listing ) - but, I really would like to know why you
did not use a local company, and decided to use me (and I am
very grateful that you did - by the way - Thank you for your
business Barry - it helps feed my family!)
